Pure Multi-Mineral Alkaline

Pure Multi-Mineral Alkaline dietary supplements contains base minerals contributing to maintain a good health. It is scientifically shown that base minerals allow for greater acid agglomeration – to ensure effective alkalization.

Ideal for those whose acid-base status (pH) is out of balance..

The best way to determine whether an acid-base status (pH) is acid, alkaline or neutral is to test pH using urine test strips for a period of several days. Learn more

If pH levels are too alkaline, taking Multi-Mineral Alkaline supplements, in conjunction with lifestyle changes, can help regulate levels. Learn more

Acid-Base Status

Testing pH levels

The best way to determine your acid-base status is to test your pH levels using urine test strips.

  • Ideally, test your pH levels over a period of several days.
  • Create a Daily Profile chart (see below) to help monitor alkalization.
  • Plot both the time and results on your Daily Profile.
  • Keep a diary of everything you eat and drink during the test period.

Reading results

The healthy range of pH levels is between 5.0 and 8.0.

Your levels should vary over the course of the day and should be higher than 7 (7 pH is neutral). However, if all results are above pH 7, it could mean that your body is having difficulty balancing pH.

If your Daily Profile varies several times from the curve of the Ideal Daily Profile (see chart below), or if results are significantly outside the healthy range (between 5.0 and 8.0), you may need to make lifestyle changes to balance the pH

Discuss your results with your healthcare professional.

Balancing alkaline levels

Change your eating habits

Create a food regimen where alkalinizing foodsrepresent roughly 75% of your diet and complete with Pure Multi Mineral Alkaline supplements.

Drink plenty of liquids

Important: choose beverages such as water and herbal teas instead of coffee, black tea, high sugar drinks and alcohol.

Exercise

Get regular exercise. A walk or short bike ride optimizes oxygenation and help release carbonic acid in the form of carbon dioxide.

Avoid stress

Avoid stressful situations as much as possible or find new response mechanisms to stress factors. Control negative reactions, meditate, think positively and smile more.
